The spectacular choreographed catwalk shows are a highlight not to be missed at Bride: The Wedding Show at Ascot Racecourse on March 12 and 13. They showcase the lastest bridal fashions in an entertaining performance which combines music and dance moves. Shows take place daily at 11.30am, 1.15pm and 3pm.

Confetti Bridal Centre in Wokingham has one of Berkshire’s largest collections of wedding gowns in store. Working with some of the industry’s top designers such as Maggie Sottero, Sottero & Midgley, Essense of Australia, Stella York, David Tuttera for Mon Cheri, Sophia Tolli, Ronald Joyce and Sweetheart, gowns range from £750 through to £3,000. Borrowed Blue & Lace, stand 227
Borrowed Blue & Lace was established three years ago and is based in Wokingham, Berkshire. They are the largest bridesmaids’ boutique in the region with over 200 beautiful samples dresses available for brides and bridesmaids. Borrowed Blue & Lace also know that the mother of the bride or groom also wants to feel her very best on the big day and stock a number of designers such as Pronovias and Dessy, along with shoes and bags to complete the look. In the first of their scenes on the catwalk today they present four dresses for the mother of the bride along with hats and shoes.
In their second scene they present a selection of bridesmaids dresses from their collection which includes leading designers Dessy, Alfred Sung, Jenny Yoo, Social Bridesmaids, Ebony Rose and Amanda Wyatt. Borrowed Blue & Lace offer a one on one service in the separate bridesmaids’ studio where they can discuss and advise you on colours, styles and fabric types that will complement your bridal gown and, for brides booking today they are also offering you 10% off your bridesmaids dresses if booked and ordered by end of April 2016.

When it comes to planning a wedding, it can be easy to be overwhelmed but Slaters are here to help make your day stress free. Their formal hire advisors are experts in personal service and boast an uncompromising attention to detail. From morning and evening tails to kilts and tailored fit suits, they’ve got everything you need to make your wedding party look groomed to perfection. They also specialise in “going away” outfits for the groom and can offer personal shopping for wedding guests and wedding parties. The Wedding Warehouse, stand 124
The Wedding Warehouse bridal studio is an established business. Having traded in Slough for over 20 years they relocated to large spacious premises in Ascot three years ago, and pride themselves on the friendly service and the variety of styles that they offer. Whether you are a size 10 or a more curvy bride, they have lots of dresses to suit everyone. As possibly the only shop in the area that does not require an appointment it’s worth paying them a visit before making any final decisions.

The finale
We welcome back all our models on stage for a fun-filled finale
Bride: The Wedding Show at Ascot Racecourse brings together nearly 100 of the region’s finest wedding suppliers sited over two floors. There will be live singing on the cafe stage from wedding srtists and a champagne bar to to lend a little sparkle to the occasion. Every bride will receive a free copy of the brand new issue of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Bride magazine and the first 100 brides through the door each day will be lucky enough to receive a goody bag packed full of treats, samples and favours to take home.
Tickets to the show are £5 each or £15 for a group of four in advance here. Tickets are £7.50 on the day.
