On this page you will find information to help you exhibit at the show and some forms that we need you to complete and return.
Flyers & Complimentary tickets
As an exhibitor, you will receive a supply of complimentary tickets to the show for you to circulate to your key customers, some invitation cards containing a discount code for tickets plus some flyers advertising the event for you to display and hand out. If you require any more, please get in touch by emailing westpoint@theweddingshow.co.uk
Marketing Resources
To download marketing resources including an e-signature, web adverts and jpeg images of the flyer to help promote the event as widely as possible, please see www.theweddingshow.co.uk/westpoint-resources. On this page, you will also find information on how to interact with our social media pages.
Exhibitor Passes
Exhibitor passes will be available for collection from the Organiser’s Office at the venue when you arrive at the exhibition.
Show Guide Entry
All exhibitors are entitled to a free 50-word company listing in the official show guide. Please fill in your 50 words plus your company details via the online form by 15th September 2015, if we don’t have your show guide entry by this date, only your company name and stand number will appear. Health & Safety Forms
If you are a shell scheme exhibitor you will need to complete the Health and Safety Form 1 to ensure your company name is displayed correctly on your stand. If you are a space only exhibitor, please fill in Form 2. Please email your completed forms to westpoint@theweddingshow.co.uk as soon as possible.
Furniture & Electricity
If you wish to order power or additional lighting please complete the electrical order form provided below. Furniture can also be ordered directly from the contractor Abbotts Event Hire at www.abbottseventhire.co.uk. Please fill in the Extras Order Form if you require any extras for your stand.
Other Information
To help you plan your weekend, you will also find an exhibition timetable with set-up and break-down times, stand information and general information about exhibiting at the show, including a form for ordering lunch during the event.
For those of you not familiar with the shell scheme we provide, please refer to the stand information sheet. Stand walls are covered in black Velcro compatible fabric with pink fascias. The safety of our staff, exhibitors and visitors is important to us as are the Terms and Conditions of exhibiting so please ensure you are familiar with them.
Westpoint Arena operate a Zero to Landfill policy and it is important that you consider this when planning your stand. At the event please ensure any waste generated is disposed of in the correct receptacles.
